Resources for Fellows
Blackboard
The ELAM fellowship uses Blackboard for course materials, discussion boards, and other interactive learning throughout the year. You will be expected to spend about one hour a week on this platform interacting with your class members and faculty. The address to access the 2012-13 class shell is https://learning.dcollege.net/webct/logon/2634914296031. Please use this link and not any internal page for logging in, as the software will not recognize you and will reject your password if you log in from the wrong page.
In order to make use of the Blackboard course shell, you will need to complete a browser configuration process. The browser configuration instructions can be shared with your IT department or other people who may be helping you. This process will have to be completed on EACH computer that you will want to use for ELAM coursework.
If you forget your username or password, you will need to contact the online learning team at Drexel to get your password reset. Their email address is olt@drexel.edu and they will be happy to assist you with that issue. The ELAM staff does not have access to passwords, or the ability to change them.
LinkedIn
ELAM has a group on LinkedIn which you may also wish to participate in. This is a place to get to know ELAM alumnae from other classes, and to participate in an informal network of ELAM alumnae for discussions, job postings, reading about and getting to know each other, and support from a large network of executive women in academic health centers. If you do not yet have a LinkedIn account, you will need to create one in order to join the ELAM group – if you already have one, you can just join right up!
