How to Use the Manual

Review Process

In order to ensure the correct logo usage and visual identity for both internal and external materials, all printing, advertising, and website material should comply with the guidelines in this manual. All advertising and marketing materials must be reviewed by the Drexel University College of Medicine Marketing & Communications Department prior to production and distribution.

Prior to printing or advertising placement, a PDF file or hard copy proof should be provided to the Drexel University College of Medicine Marketing & Communications Department. Allow a minimum of two working days for the proof review process.

The Marketing & Communications Department staff is available to answer questions or provide assistance for your projects. In order to expedite the visual identity review process, you are encouraged to consult with the staff for suggestions and brand identity recommendations for your projects.

Please review the policies on Marketing, Advertising and Promotional Materials and News Media Relations.
