Printing of all posters will be free of charge through the Center for Scientific Communication and Outreach within the Institute for Molecular Medicine and Infectious Disease. The poster should be made in PowerPoint. The page setup should be 48 inches wide by 40 inches high. To have your poster printed please submit your completed final file to Raphael Lukov (215.762.1784) via email or in person, at the New College Building Room 18302A. Posters will need to be picked up at this location as well.

Posters must be hung by 9 a.m. on the day of your presentation. If you wish to keep your poster, it must be removed by 5:30 p.m. that day. Presenters will be contacted shortly before the event via email regarding exact poster placement.
